Far West Services, LLC (FWS) was founded in 2022. It is the newest subsidiary to join the Far West Incorporated family, an Alaska Native Village Corporation formed under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) with roots in Chignik Bay, Alaska. Chignik Bay is located in rural, remote Alaska situated on the Gulf of Alaska on the southern Alaska Peninsula and flanked by the Bering Sea and Bristol Bay to the north.
Although headquartered in Anchorage, Alaska, FWS maintains a fully equipped corporate office in McClean, Virginia. Far West Services was initially established to provide superior federal facility support services, our primary NAICS code is 561210 Facilities Support Services. In response to growing market needs, FWS, LLC has recently increased the company capabilities portfolio to include Program and Project Management, Logistics Operations, Healthcare Administration, and Multidisciplinary Training Solutions. Far West Services, LLC is honored to bring extensive experience and industry leaders to provide agile solutions for each of our valued customers. Led by Inna Mikhailova
Far West Services, LLC is led by Inna Mikhailova, a retired Air Force Medical Service Corps officer. In addition to being an Air Force Institute of Technology Scholarship recipient, and a Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences graduate, she has garnered substantial experience in leading high performing teams, continual process improvement, emergency response operations, analyzing statutory guidelines, developing healthcare delivery strategy, ensuring compliance to industry regulations, and advising legislation at all levels of Department of Defense (DoD) and the Military Health Service (MHS). In her previous role as the Chief of the Air Force Health Benefits Branch, Inna led an award-winning team of fellow officers in transformation projects, including change management and organizational design, during the most complex Military Health System (MHS) reform in 20 years, ensuring dependable health care for 9.7 million beneficiaries. Under Inna’s leadership, Far West Services LLC has acquired the necessary capabilities to serve our valued Government clients anywhere within the Contiguous United States (CONUS), as well as Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS).
